Chris Booth has a wealth of experience of developing erection schemes and designing temporary works, having been personally involved with many of the major short and medium span steel bridges erected in the UK over the last 30 years. Having worked with various contractors and fabricators, he is acutely aware of the requirement for schemes to be simple, economical, and to offer programme benefits wherever possible. A number of the projects with which he was associated were awarded contracts as a direct result of innovative erection schemes offering reductions in cost, risk, and time. The pictures on this page together with those in the Gallery show a few of the projects with which he has been associated. We offer a service to contractors and fabricators, carrying out design and/or checking of temporary works and erection schemes.

• Analysis of deflections and stresses at various stages during the erection of bridges and structures. Launch analysis including prediction of deflections, rotations, bending moments, and reactions. Nonlinear analysis of deformations of cable supported bridges and structures during erection.
